This fall join your favorite wellness guides in Houston for a getaway to help you retreat and incubate. In the fall offering of Raava, we are diving into:
- Mindfulness in Mandalas: We open with setting intentions and silently create a community mandala that embodies who we are individually, and how we fit into the bigger picture of the community.
- Qigong Flow: moving and releasing energy with the autumn season to optimize the flow in your own body.
- Healing Breathwork: go even deeper to release
- Lunch Service: break bread and share a thoughtfully prepared meal with others. (Choose your meal at checkout.)
- Agni Kaizen Ceremony: We end with gentle reflection and experience the purifying power of smoke in a beautiful, clarifying fire ceremony.
